The product details page has corresponding images, descriptions, specifications, and user manuals to help you choose the right product. Shipping

Note that delivery dates displayed on product detail pages and tracking information are estimates only. Carbody will do its best to ensure prompt and reliable shipping of all products, but it cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. In the event of shipping delays, Carbody will keep customers informed and make every effort to resolve the issue.

“Business days” for ship-out or delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that fall on a weekday when counting business days. Carbody.com does not ship to PO Box, mailbox, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these types of addresses may result in delays.

Delivery Time Frame

Most orders are processed within 0-1 days of your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Packages are generally delivered within 1-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date they leave our warehouse. Typically, orders are processed immediately upon receipt, with delivery expected within approximately 2-7 business days from the time of order placement. Please note that shipping times do not account for potential clearance or customs delays, which are beyond our control. Our shipping services are exclusively available within the United States and cover the 48 continental states. Truck Freight

Truck freight applies to orders with large parts or items—such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc.—that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via truck freight. If your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via telephone or email with a revised shipping quote.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, this does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and US Territories - Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

Shipping Cost

  • Doors, Hoods, Rear Blades, and Other Parts: Shipping fee is 2.5 times the original price of the product, plus a final shipping fee of $350.
  • Top and Side Panel Series Parts: Shipping fee is 3 times the original price of the product, plus a final shipping fee of $350.
  • Front Blade Series Parts:
    • Oversized: Shipping fee is 2 times the original price of the product, plus a final shipping fee of $350.
    • Normal Size: Shipping fee is 2 times the original price of the product, plus a final shipping fee of $205.
  • Chassis Assembly Series Products: Please contact us for specific shipping information.

Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, incorrect, or contains items that seem defective. Note that items may ship separately. You can contact us via email at sales@carbody.com or by phone at +86 13852501978, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. We’re happy to help!
